Returns & Exchanges 

Books

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case then we will be happy to issue an exchange for a book of the same value or lower. Any books returned to us must be in an unused and saleable condition and returned to us in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event that you receive a book that is defective or damaged, we would be happy to replace it for you. Let us know at info@pickledpepperbooks.co.uk.

Events

Event tickets are unfortunately non-refundable.

Shipping

To return your product, send us an email at info@pickledpepperbooks.co.uk and then send your product to: Pickled Pepper Books, 10 Middle Lane, Crouch End, London, N8 8PL.

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
