Seeking a relaxing class that will let you and your little one bond more deeply? Wondering how to make story time at home more interactive? Loved baby massage but wish the course had been longer, or meant to try it, but missed the window? This could be the activity for you!
Story Massage combines the creativity of story, song and verse with the benefits of positive touch: Each session will feature a different story; as your instructor reads to you, she’ll guide you to massage your child over their clothes, working from a palate of 10 simple strokes, with each movement matching and enriching the text.
The sessions are aimed at 0-5s and their carers (including babies). Booking is in blocks of 5, but we’ll provide at least one catch-up session per block if you’re unable to attend due to illness.
Sessions are run by Sarah, an experienced local baby massage instructor, and trained Story Massage Practitioner.
