Activities for a new term
All our classes are back in full swing for a new term, including our pre school and after school activities.
Little Pickles Baby Discovery is a perfect introduction to sensory play for 3-12 month olds. Led by our experienced practitioner Jordana Charyk, and running every Wednesday, come and experience stories combined with a session to stimulate either touch, sound, sight, taste or smell.
On Thursdays we run Little Pickles Music & Movement, now run by drama specialist Lee Cadogan, a long standing Pickled Pepper collaborator. This session is perfect for ages 18 months to 5 years and is a great way to express creativity through acting out picture books. This week we have a special Chinese new year's session, to include a treasure hunt! Both sessions run for 45mins at 10am and 11am.
For children aged 8 to 11 our book group is a must! We are currently reading Mouseheart, a masterfully told adventure by Fluer Hitchcock. Book club is at 4-4:45pm on Thursdays and provides a fun environment to develop a love of reading, led by expert bookseller and school’s specialist Olivia Jackson.
