Easter activities at Pickled Pepper

April 18, 2018

If for most people Easter rhymes with holidays, eggs and chocolates, at Pickled Pepper, it also rhymes with experiments, illustrations and theatre!

Over the Easter weekend, author Polly Faber came in for festive storytelling and crafting, reading her new picture book, 'Grab that Rabbit' to a packed Pickled Pepper.

The kids loved making bunny masks and carrot cone surprises, what a great way to celebrate Easter with little ones. Thanks so much Polly!

Older kids weren't left out either. Our science workshops went wiz! pop! bang! in the first week and keen little illustrators make zany art, inspired by the 13 Storey Treehouse series in the second week.

And to give you all a taster of things to come, we ran our first Pickled Pepper Theatre workshop based on 'A Midsummer night's dream' with Abi.

Pickled Pepper Theatre is a fun, hands-on new holiday workshop where children (6y+) create, rehearse and perform their own play. A good fit for theatre lovers and those who need a little confidence boost.

Stay tuned!
