Family yoga comes to Pickled Pepper!
We welcome Anna, from Acroyogagenie Ltd, to run family acrobatic yoga sessions in our theatre space every Saturday at 12pm
Sessions run in term time and will cover the following:
Basic principles of Acro Yoga
Acroyoga poses
Acroyoga flows
Essential warm up and cool down techniques
Effective safety drills and guidelines for safety and fun practices
Fun Hand stand practice for building strength and stamina
The duration of each session is: 1 hour
What to bring: a bottle of water a tennis ball (optional)
Please ensure you wear comfortable yoga clothes that you can move comfortably in. With lots of Acro Yoga love, Anna

Ages 5 and up with one parent/carer.
